Natural Breast Growth Progress Report #5: Boobinha A from the US (a Prologue to Success)
In the Natural Breast Growth Progress Report series, I will share the breast growth progress, efforts, and sometimes hardships of those who have committed themselves to modify and improve their lifestyles and dietary habits for natural breast growth.
Today’s progress report is on one of the most dedicated Boobinhas I’ve encountered so far.
I am only including her “Before” photo, which was taken back in January 2020. She felt she made good progress up until February 2020, then regressed due to…basically, life happening! This is a "Before" photo prior to the regression, and not the photo when she had just started her breast growth journey.
Boobinha A has a continuing story to this that you will read in the future. She is currently on her new, ambitious challenge.
In this post, I wanted to share with you her original progress report so that I can showcase her hard work (and success!), later on.
Answers from 5/31/20:
1. How did the breast growth journey feel for you so far?
I feel like it's been successful even with the current setback, which happens with any goal.
2. How would you describe your commitment to growing your breasts?
Mediocre, just because I haven't totally given up pop or made major diet changes. Most of my diet has been small changes, to this point. I am very dedicated to the massage, though.
3. How often did you massage your breasts?
At least once a day, sometimes twice. Morning and night if I can.
4. What were some difficulties/challenges you faced during this time?
I had some really good habits going from August 2019 to March 2020. Then my grandpa went to the nursing home and we needed to move into his house, and the virus hit. That scrambled what I had going. I'm getting back into massage routines and drinking more water again, but the peanuts for snacking I'm still not back to yet. I work outside a lot in the summer, so it’s not as easy to graze as working in the office during the winter.
5. Which areas of your lifestyle/eating habits do you feel that you have improved?
My water intake has improved, and protein intake has.
6. How have your breasts changed over time?
I started this when I literally had nothing left but saggy nipples. I have some size again (had made it to a B). They also have a better shape, as I have them filled in at the tops. Sometimes there is still a dip by my arms, but I make sure I specifically massage those areas and they fill in.
7. Any positive/negative changes to your body/mind/soul after starting your breast growth journey?
All positive. I'm super skinny, and felt like I had no sex appeal since I didn't have any breasts to speak of. I'm definitely happier, even though the only person that notices is my hubby, but he is a bit of a boob guy, so it all helps me feel better!
8. Were things as expected or not at all? In what ways?
It was hard to keep going in month 2.... I felt like I had been at it for a long time with no results. Hubby told me to keep at it, walls aren't built overnight. And into month 3 I started gaining some headway. I didn't expect that hormone cycling would really help the growth, but it does. Only thing is, for me, it doesn't happen very often.
9. What are some things you could've done better?
I definitely could still improve on drinking water. Hands down.
10. What are some things you wish I had told you beforehand/helped you more with during this time?
I think everything is pretty self-explanatory on the blog, and I don't have anything to complain about!
11. Please add anything else you want to add!
Beyond thankful Yumi has this blog, and I only wish I had found it back in like high school!!!
I got a bit teary at #8 when I first read her answers. I am so happy for Boobinha A, that she has a hubby who sounds like a very supportive person. Early in my breast growth journey, I didn’t tell anyone because I was not sure if this method would really work. I was often left in the dark by myself. My husband became my biggest supporter when I finally told him (well of course, because no one else knows about it!). I highly recommend you to tell someone, anyone, who you may think will support you.
I am already looking forward to Boobinha A's next progress report, and so should you! She continuously gives me the strength to stick with my own stagnant journey with her endless dedication and positivity. Thank you, Boobinha A!
