Natural Breast Growth Progress Report #4: Boobinha K from the US (Before/After photos!)
In the Natural Breast Growth Progress Report series, I will share the breast growth progress, efforts, and sometimes hardships of those who have committed themselves to modify and improve their lifestyles and dietary habits for natural breast growth.
Boobinha K from the US originally wrote me back in mid-May 2019 to βbe a volunteer and grow even a little bit of boobs.β She is a 35-year-old (almost 36!) mother of 4 kids (!!!) ranging in the ages from 3-12 years olds. Her breasts have gone from 32A up to 32DD while pregnant and breastfeeding, then back to 32A βlike muscles.β
Some of the possible problems in her natural breast growth that she had identified at the beginning of her breast growth journey were:
skipping meals
love snacking on empty-calorie foods
do not eat lots of fruits and veggies

Between 5/31/19-7/8/19, she shared 131 food photos with me! Here are some photos for you to enjoy. Can you tell why some foods do or do not help in increasing your breast size naturally?
Of course, there were good foods in between all these bad items, and vice versa. Still, all in all, it was exciting to see the quality of foods steadily improve in such a short amount of time.

And I just have to really, really share the collage of all the Greek yogurtβ¦! You know Iβm a huge fan of Greek yogurt when it comes to foods that help with growing bigger boobs!
Here are Boobinha Kβs answers to my questions about her natural breast growth journey!
1. How did the breast growth journey feel for you so far?
I started out my journey as pretty much having zero anything. I donβt know if I would have even registered as a double A. The first few days I started massaging I was very surprised and excited when my very flat chest started having some looser skin.
2. How would you describe your commitment to growing your breasts?
Although Iβm very committed at times I also get very discouraged because I am a very impatient person and would love for it to be an abracadabra situation where I could see instant results.
3. How often did you massage your breasts?
I started out massaging twice a day and now I do once a day but I do twice the amount as recommended.
4. What were some difficulties/challenges you faced during this time?
My health has greatly played a part in some of my discouragement and inconsistency. In January (*2020) I was diagnosed with severely low iron and during that time I stopped massaging because I became very, very sick. I still am not back to normal but thankfully much better than I was. I also deal with anxiety, caused from the low iron and low b vitamins in my blood.
5. Which areas of your lifestyle/eating habits do you feel that you have improved?
Thankfully my low iron issues have helped me with eating more regularly and now that Iβm feeling better Iβve become more active also. Not running marathons or anything but I take walks almost every day with my kids.
6. How have your breasts changed over the course of time?
My breasts have grown in spite of my health issues. They are softer and fuller and Iβve gone from looking like a child to being able to fill up an A size cup. While Iβve not gotten professionally fitted, I now fill out my bras and have stretched out a few lol.
7. Any positive/negative changes to your body/mind/soul after starting your breast growth journey?
I have become encouraged/discouraged at times but determined to continue the massaging and diet changes. Even if I take a break from it I always come back to it.
8. Were things as expected or not at all? In what ways?
Honestly I wasnβt very hopeful in the beginning. I mean, Iβm in my 30βs and well past puberty lol. So I was very pleasantly surprised when I started seeing an increase. One of the first things I noticed was my boobs would be so itchy it would drive me crazy. I would run to my room and jerk my bra off and scratch, scratch, scratch lol.
9. What are some things you could've done better?
I definitely could have massaged more regularly.
10. What are some things you wish I had told you beforehand/helped you more with during this time?
You did such an amazing job helping me learn how to do this and always being so supportive!!! I canβt think of anything more you could have done.
11. Please add anything else you want to add!
I think it would be really awesome to be able to connect with the other girls who are doing this, if there are any who like that idea! It would be great to be able to encourage others and be encouraged too. Also I would love the idea of doing some kind of virtual group meeting maybe once a month or so!
I had completely forgotten until I read Boobinha Kβs answers that there was a time when my boobs would itch all over too. I donβt remember this happening by the time I reached 32D though. I also donβt feel anything right now as I try to un-sag my boobs from pregnancy and breasfeedingβ¦.
Despite her business with all her kids, Boobinha K was extremely proactive and positive with her breast growth journey. Weβve exchanged over 450 comments through Google Photos and countless e-mails throughout her journey, which is yet to be over!
Every single time, she reached out to me with questions or new findings that kept me curious and up-to-date. I mean, how else would I find out about a βboobs-slappingβ method for natural growth? LOL! (I did tell her that she should just massage instead of feeling the pain from all the slappingβ¦.)
