Boobs Growth Diary #7: Wardrobe Cleaning After a Natural Breast Growth from 32A to 34DD(ish)!
In the Boobs Growth Diary series, I talk about my personal natural breast growth journey in real-time.
UPDATE: 6/23/2020 I had to take down a lot of photos I used to have on this post due to Google Ads restrictions (unwillingly, but I was being flagged almost every day due to the nature of my blog and it was getting frustrating). I will be adding back up the photos at some later time now that I do not use any ads.
In my last Boobs Growth Diary #6, my breasts have finally gotten to 32D by the end of March 2017, 4 years since I first noticed a tiny size increase at age 33 all of a sudden!
However, in the past 6 months or so, my boobs have again grown a cup and a half to a small 34DD/32F (sister-size). The cause of this is what a lot of women experience all naturally...it's my first pregnancy at 38!
I currently own 33 bras (um...I can explain...) excluding sports bras and NuBras, but I only use 3-4 bras on rotation because of pregnancy. As my husband and I wait for the new addition to the family in early March, we have been proactive about downsizing on things around the house. Naturally, I decided that it's time for me to part with most of my bras!
I had gotten rid of many due to wear and tear, but I still do have some that I purposely keep to remind myself how much my breasts have grown during my natural breast growth journey!
After 2 years of writing on Give Me Some Boobs! blog, I was finally able to convince my husband to let me take and upload these bra photos for you Boobinhas! Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures from before when they used to fit me, but I hope at least you can see how small my old bras look on my breasts now.
The center front gore on all the bras, except for the 34DD, are all floating above my body to varying degrees. This is one of the most visible indications that the bras are poorly fitted.
32A/70A Bras:
I purchased this Victoria's Secret Demi Bra back in June 2013 (I even found the order confirmation e-mail!!!). It had been 6 months since I've met my husband, to whom I give credit for my initial breast growth...but I don't remember them growing at this time.
To take these photos, I had to tuck both of my nipples inside the bra cups and adjust accordingly so that they won't do an accidental peekaboo!
I don't remember when I purchased these, but I know that it was before the Victoria's Secret bra above. I was in search of a cute bra that at least made my small boobs look...well, cute....
32B/70B Bras:
I got Victoria's Secret Wireless Bra back in June 2014, a year after the 32A bra above (and also have the order confirmation e-mail!). This was the first time I realized that my 32AA/A boobs that I had my entire life have somewhat gotten bigger!!!
In the 3rd photo, I wanted to try to show the huge gap between the front gore and my body. However, my husband and I didn't communicate well at the time of photo shooting, so it may be a bit difficult to see....
According to him, this bra gives me a cleavage by pushing my boobs from the sides like this:
---> ( . )( . ) <---
but the overall curve looks flat and does not "shape" my boobs well.
32C/70C Bras:
I got this Florence Bra in February 2015. I bought a lot of new bras from Bradelis NY around this time because I was measured at their Madison Avenue location just 4 months prior and made it to a C-cup! Never thought I'd ever get there!!! Unfortunately, I got rid of my original Bradelis NY bras a few months ago, so I don't have any photos. :(
I bought these Wacoal 70C bras during my trip to Japan in December 2015. I remember feeling a bit pooped that it had been a year and 2 months since my first C-cup, and yet my breasts did not grow past it. I had also just started this blog in October 2015.
This bra was purchased in May 2016. I usually don't like to wear push-up bras and would go out of my way to avoid buying one. I bought this to wear for a salsa dance performance because I wanted my boobs to have a little more presence among other beautiful women....
Victoria's Secret bras do not fit me well in terms of strap lengths. I always shorten them to the max, but they are still way too long for me, which I did not notice at the time.
I realized now that I was in my C-cup state for 2 years and 5 months! I had a lot of ups and downs with lifestyle/diet/self-doubt as you can read in my past Boobs Growth Diary post from September 2016.
32D/70D Bras:
I finally made it to a D-cup in March 2017! I planned a trip to New York just a month prior, and I was so determined to grow my breasts before I saw Lady A* after 2 years and 5 months! I did not mention the following in the post where I summarized my experience of finally reaching to that D-cup, however, in that one month before my trip, I massaged my breasts twice a day, every day!
*She was a Bradelis NY professional fitter who first gave me a stamp of approval for a C-cup!
34D/75D Bras:
I bought these Wacoal bras during my recent trip to Japan in September 2017. I was about 4 months pregnant and knew that I needed some new bras. A professional Wacoal fitter confirmed that I was a 75D.
Unfortunately, my boobs already grew much bigger in less than 3 weeks after this, that the front gore was lifted from my body as you can see in the last photo.
34DD/75E Bras:
I also bought this on the same trip to Japan in September 2017. You can see that this bra does not create any forced cleavage. It's because they are still a bit big for me! The fitter told me that my breasts would still grow more for the rest of pregnancy, so we decided that I would get a cup bigger for the future use.
This is a wireless bra for pre/post-pregnancy. As an underwired-bra fan, it feels too soft and fluffy to me right now, like some paddings merely covering my breasts.
*All the photos were taken on November 5th and 6th, 2017.
Needless to say, my cameraman (aka hubby) and I had a bit of steamy time after my boobs photo shooting...! :)
