Q: Your method on how to increase breast size naturally by just changing your diet and massaging breasts sounds too easy.

I LOVE this question!!! This has to be one of my top 3, all-time favorite questions that’s asked quite frequently.

To this, my most honest answer is:

Yes, it’s THAT simple and easy, like all of those Instagram fitness models who just eat healthily and work out every day (or close to it). Do it yourself, and you’ll find out!

How to naturally increase breast size

Sure, I’m being sarcastic and maybe a little mean, but you need to understand what it really means to change your diet and to create a daily habit to massage your breasts. My method on how to naturally increase breast size can also be more difficult than getting fit at times because it challenges your mental strength to the max.

  1. Changing to breast-growth-friendly diet is not that easy.

    Most likely, you have been on your current diet/eating habits for as long as you can remember. Changing your dietary habit is not as easy as one may think. Here are some problems that some of my volunteers who challenged to grow bigger breasts naturally faced when they first started:

    • Eat less carbs and substitute with more protein.

    • Don’t eat junk food in place of meals.

    • Eat more fruits and veggies.

    • That’s too many fruits and veggies and not a substantial amount of protein.

    • You’re eating a lot of protein, but that source of protein has too much fat.

    • Don’t skip meals.

    • Drink more water and less caffeine, alcohol, and sugar water (pop!).

    • You can’t load on protein in a single meal.

    On top of these, if you have a habit of skipping multiple meals and munching on junk food because of a busy daily schedule, you’ll need to find time to eat real food. You may even need to find time to prep meals or go grocery shopping more frequently.

    You may have no idea whether each food item you are consuming is loaded with protein, carbs, fat, fiber, vitamins, or minerals, or the ratio of these nutrients in your lunch box.

    You may be cooking for your entire family or your family is cooking for you, and they don’t want to change what they eat for family meals.

    Or, maybe you LOVE eating bowls of white rice or fish out macaronis from meat sauce so much that you can’t even start to imagine substituting them for a piece of chicken! (This was definitely the case for me!)

    These are only some of the examples of possible problems you may face while trying to change your eating habits, but as you can hopefully tell, no, changing your diet is not that easy!

  2. Incorporating a new habit to do a daily breast massage is not that easy.

    If you’ve read or watched my video on how to do a 4-minute breast massage to increase your breast size, you may have thought, “Only 4 minutes? Oh yeah, I can TOTALLY do that every single day!”

    In the past, I have seen and tried a 7-second tummy tuck breathing exercise, a figure 8 hip exercise, 1-minute daily planks, 100 squats a day broken up into multiple sessions, and more and more SIMPLE exercises that you can perform at home. They take up so little time that you can literally do them between back to back meetings! I tried all of them with success for a couple of days, maybe for even a week.

    But in the end, I paid a personal trainer to exercise with me weekly to keep up with the motivation and to work out consistently. Do you know why? Because when you already have a daily routine filled with work, errands, and stress, it’s just not that easy to add something else you “have to do.”

    I totally understand how difficult it is to keep up with the daily breast massage because I have failed at it multiple times this past year while trying to “un-sag” my saggy breasts from breastfeeding.

    When I successfully grew my breasts naturally from 32A to 32D a few years back, I was only working part-time, I did not have a child to take care of, and the only real chore around the house was to do some laundry and cook dinner for my husband and myself by the evening. Naturally, I had a lot of time on my hands*, so it was easy for me to do the daily 4-minute breast massage.

    Unless you’re like what I used to be, or even if you are…it is NOT that easy to squeeze that extra thing every day, I’m telling you!

    *In my defense, I was not supposed to have so much time on my hands. I was a doctoral student, supposedly “working” on her degree, but was so unmotivated that I practically did nothing until almost a decade later when I finally decided to quit!

  3. Believing in something for many months and years with absolutely no scientific proof is not that easy.

    This is what makes my natural breast growth regimen most difficult and challenging. I’ve seen many Boobinhas quit before seeing any significant progress, even though they ALL noticed some initial, small changes.

    Working out and getting fit has hundreds of scientific research results that confirm the human’s ability to increase the muscle mass even if you’re getting up there, close to your centennial celebration. Even if today, you ended up being a couch potato once again, at least you see some light on the other side of the tunnel to one day become super fit!

    But with our natural breast growth, the current, widely-accepted “belief” is that there is no real way to increase your breast size naturally and that genetics predetermine the size of your breasts.

    I am more than convinced that there are environmental factors that play a huge role in our natural breast development, but I wasn't able to find any peer-reviewed research on the subject. I have read some papers on breast development in model organisms in the past, which by the way, is where I originally got the idea that maybe I could apply it to myself…and it worked!!!

    But I never saw any light at the end of my breast growth journey tunnel until I blindly stuck with it for a long long time, and my boobs eventually spilled out of my bra. And it was stressful, boring, and even redundant at times that I quit for about a year in between.

Does my natural breast growth method still sound too easy?

The purpose of this post is NOT to deter you from trying my method to grow your breasts, but to point out things that may break you before your successful natural breast growth.

Naturally increasing breast size just by changing your diet and massaging breasts may sound too easy. In fact, it IS so easy, in all seriousness, that I am confident that anyone and everyone will experience positive changes to your breast growth. However, it needs absolute commitment and much determination, and you are the one and only one who can either make it or break it.
