Factors that affect natural breast growth:
love smoking
love drinking alcohol, coffee, sodas, caffeinated teas
love eating ice cream or drinking ice cold drinks
not drink lots of water
not regularly exercising
not eating lots of fruits and veggies
do not have regular, consistent bowel movements (constipated)
being overly health-conscious
having a slouched back/bad posture
having a constant, negative self- and body-image
not getting fitted for your bras regularly (ideally every 6 months, at least once a year)
