Factors that affect natural breast growth:

  1. skipping meals

  2. love snacking on empty-calorie foods

  3. love smoking

  4. love drinking alcohol, coffee, sodas, caffeinated teas

  5. love eating ice cream or drinking ice cold drinks

  6. not drink lots of water

  7. not regularly exercising

  8. not eating lots of fruits and veggies

  9. do not have regular, consistent bowel movements (constipated)

  10. do not get 8 hours of sleep

  11. being a vegetarian/vegan

  12. being overly health-conscious

  13. being always stressed

  14. having a slouched back/bad posture

  15. having a constant, negative self- and body-image

  16. not getting fitted for your bras regularly (ideally every 6 months, at least once a year)

How many of them applied to you? The more you said yes, the further you are from naturally growing bigger breasts!

If you're a vegetarian/vegan, don't worry. There are possible solutions. It will take a little more time and patience, but you don't have to start eating meat unless you want to!

When I was a no-boobs woman, I was most-of-the-above. Now I'm none-of-the-above. Some are easy to fix; some take a little more effort. Pick a couple that is easy to fix, and stick with them until they become a daily habit!
