Does Eating McDonald's Grow Your Breasts?

McDonald's Meat Burger Grow Breasts Naturally

Every time I think about McDonald's, I always remember about a girl from my high school who said that she eats McDonald's for almost every meal. Unfortunately, I don't know about her breast size because she always wore a pretty baggy shirt. But I do remember being amazed at how skinny her arms and legs were while she munched on her daily chicken nuggets before our band practice.

As many of you already know, one of the main "ingredients" for natural breast growth is nutrition. A vast majority of my blog readers are not getting enough proper nutrients, mainly from skipping meals or eating junk food in place of real meals.

So, does eating McDonald's grow your breasts naturally? ...In short, YES!

Let's take a look at McDonald's nutrition calculator page!!! With the digital age and the growing number of consumers interested in knowing and understanding what they put in their bodies, a lot of companies are putting this important information on their websites.

We're now going to look at the protein contents (shown in g) as well as the total calories (shown in kcal) for some of the items:

Big Mac: 24g (540kcal)

Filet-O-Fish: 16g (380kcal)

Quarter Pounder with Cheese: 30g (510kcal)

Butter Milk Crispy Chicken Sandwich: 27g (600kcal)

During my breast growth journey, I aimed between 80-100g of protein per day, though the minimum requirement was 39g at the time according to the online protein calculator. 24g of protein from eating a Big Mac could make up quite a significant percentage of my aimed, daily protein intake. Even Filet-O-Fish at 16g is comparable to eating a cup of cooked black beans.

If you were to eat 3 Quarter Pounder with Cheese for the day, you could get 90g of protein with only 1530kcal. I write *only* because I was truly surprised when I was doing the calculation for this post!!! I totally thought it's loaded with more calories for less nutrition!

So yeah! McDonald's Quarter Pounder with Cheese can definitely help you with your breast growth!

But there's always a "But..."

This obviously won't be a surprise, but who really goes to eat at McDonald's and only orders a burger? I mean, my mom does, but I'm pretty sure that she's a minority in that case!

Often, people will get a meal, and they may even add some extra things here and there. Let's take a look at what a typical meal for Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a dessert (!) would look like:

Quarter Pounder with Cheese: 30g (510kcal)

Large Fries: 7g (490kcal)

Coke: 0g (290kcal)

Baked Apple Pie: 2g (240kcal)

Total Protein: 39g

Total Calories: 1530kcal

In my previous example of 3 Quarter Pounder with Cheese, they packed 90g of protein at 1530kcal. But in this meal example, you are only getting 39g of protein at the same total number of calories. If you're following a 2000kcal diet, you've used up 77% of your daily calories in a single meal without even making up 50% of the lower goal of protein intake at 80g per day.

The important takeaway here is that as long as you choose the items wisely, even what's generally considered as "junk food" could potentially help us in our breast growth.

It's probably not a good idea to eat McNuggets every day though, as you still need an adequate amount of vitamins and minerals for your breasts to grow. Besides, eating McDonald's fries will not grow your breasts but will definitely grow your waist. But who really cares? They are the best fries out there, and that's the end of the story!

So next time you eat that Quarter Pounder with Cheese, don't feel guilty. Instead, grin inside that you're helping your boobs grow! You Lovin' It? :)
