When we hear the word “yogurt,” most of us will immediately think of Yoplait or Dannon, and maybe even a yogurt parfait loaded with granolas drenched in fruit jam.

That loaded parfait? You bet it’ll grow your waist and thighs before your boobs, if at all! But the plain old unsweetened and low-fat strained yogurt, like Greek yogurt, is a natural food that can grow bigger breasts.

Greek yogurt and other strained yogurts are much more dense and sour than traditional yogurt. These facts also change the nutritional composition, affecting the answer to the question, “Will eating yogurt grow bigger breasts naturally?”

Traditional yogurt vs. Greek yogurt

Various types of yogurt are defined by processing methods, fat content, sugar content, naturally or artificially added flavors, milk from different animals, and non-dairy, plant-based options.

Today, we’re going to focus on two types of yogurt: traditional cow’s milk yogurt and Greek yogurt.

  • Both traditional and Greek yogurt use milk and starter cultures (bacterias) as their main ingredients. They go through a fermentation process that converts lactose, a naturally-occurring sugar that is present in milk, into lactic acid.

  • Once the fermentation process is done, the regular yogurt is ready as we all know it.

  • When the regular yogurt is strained at least twice, it eliminates the whey liquid and sugar, resulting in higher protein content. This strained yogurt is called Greek yogurt.

  • Traditional yogurt is higher in carbohydrates, less dense, and sweeter. Greek yogurt has no whey, making it thicker, and almost doubling the amount of protein.

One important thing to mention is that you may sometimes see a “Greek-style” yogurt. This is not the same as Greek yogurt, as it is not actually strained but thickened with artificial additives. It is best to stick with real Greek yogurt if you want to use yogurt as a food item to increase your breast size.

Once again, the answer is “it depends.”

There are a couple of factors that affect the answer:

  • What type of yogurt are you eating?

There are 4 fundamental factors in my natural breast growth regimen. One of the main focuses under “nutrition” is protein. Protein is one nutrient we MUST consume daily for our breasts to grow. Try to aim between 80-100g of protein every day. Aim around 110g if you’re a vegetarian/vegan, as plant-based protein does not get absorbed by your body as easily as animal protein.

Because Greek yogurt has much higher protein and fewer carbohydrates compared to regular yogurt, you will have an easier time reaching the daily protein goal with Greek yogurt while keeping the calories in check. Therefore, Greek yogurt is a superior choice, but watch out for the sugar added to counterbalance its sourness.

  • How much Greek yogurt will you consume?

To answer this question, we must first understand that everything is relative.

Will Greek yogurt be THE protein source for a meal? Or are you having it as a snack? Depending on the situation, the recommended quantity will vary.

Ideally, you would aim for between 20-30g of protein per meal with some snacks in between to reach the daily protein goal. Let’s say you want to use 365 non-fat plain Greek yogurt as the main source of protein for a meal. Then, you must eat about 1-1.5 cups.

But if you’re eating the same Greek yogurt as a snack between meals, and assuming that you have cleared the protein goals for meals for the day, then aiming for 1/2 cup is pretty good. This will give you about 10g of protein.

Understanding the role of Greek yogurt in your daily diet becomes imperative to your natural breast enhancement journey.

  • What about traditional, regular yogurt?

Because of its higher carbohydrate content in relation to its protein content, regular yogurt would not be the ideal food item for the sole purpose of growing bigger breasts.

However, if you can swap out junk foods with regular yogurt, you will add some extra protein to help reach the daily protein goal for natural breast growth while getting various other health benefits. Regular yogurt should definitely be incorporated into your diet if you enjoy it.

Ways to eat Greek yogurt for bigger breasts:

The easiest way to consume Greek yogurt is to eat it by itself. Purchase your favorite flavor, or get plain Greek yogurt and drizzle some honey. But for some, this can get pretty boring after a couple of sittings. So here are some ideas on how to eat more Greek yogurt while keeping it interesting!

  1. Here is a recipe to my protein shake that I used to drink religiously when I was trying to grow my breasts bigger. Aside from the Greek yogurt and soy milk, you are free to change up the rest of the ingredients to your taste. This “protein shake” can easily pack over 20g of protein and other vitamins and minerals necessary for your body and bigger breasts.

  2. Greek yogurt can be substituted for pretty much any recipe that uses sour cream, from veggie dips to dressings, and even for baked goods. By swapping them out, it’s possible to add an extra bit of protein to your snacks.

  3. Last but not least, Greek yogurt pairs extremely well with granola. There are many varieties of granolas out in the market these days. Look for high protein, low carbs granolas for the maximum benefit of increasing breast size while shedding some pounds off your waist and thighs.

Wrapping it up:

In my household, we are never without at least a tub of Greek yogurt in the fridge, as we heavily rely on its versatility and quick, nutritious something to eat.

However, while I often emphasize the importance of protein, our bodies need other vitamins and minerals to grow and stay healthy, let alone just to survive. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein, making it a reliable food source for growing bigger breasts naturally, but consuming a single food item in a huge quantity will only provide you with limited nutrients. Make it a part of your breast growth food routine, but consume other natural foods for your health and to increase your breast size most effectively.
